Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or expired, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests reported after this period may not be eligible for review.

Eligible cases include:

  • Damaged products at the time of delivery

  • Expired products

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items with tampered, altered, or broken packaging
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Perishable items, unless they were delivered damaged, incorrect, or expired

Once food and beverage items leave our control, we cannot guarantee their handling or storage, and therefore cannot accept them back.


Condition & Verification

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Customers may be asked to provide clear photos of the issue

All refund or replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.


Refund Method

Approved refunds are generally offered as a replacement product or store adjustment. Cash refunds are limited and provided only in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of management.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
